~New NAU Distance Learning Degree: technology Management~

NAU is offering a new degree program in Fall 2009 designed to provide students with a general knowledge of management, organizational, and policy issues and to advance their communication, computer, and quantitative skills. Students graduating with this degree will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills to accept a position with leadership responsibilities and be able to lead or manage technology projects.

This program is a good fit for those who want to expand their knowledge of organizational, management, and technology issues in the IT arena and who seek opportunities to advance their career. To be admitted to this program, students must have completed an approved associate degree in a technology field, which includes computer information systems, computer technology, and systems analysis. ~New I.T. Advocate Available~

The newest version of the I.T. Advocate is now available! Check out the labs or visit Kathy in Komatke - B for a copy. This edition features NAU transfer program info, tips on job hunting, and a special article on careers in game design.

~Summer II Classes Still Available~

EMCC Summer Session II will begin July 7, 2009. Summer Sessions are a great way to complete requirements quickly and move forward in your program. There are still seats available; check with Kathy to determine if any general education courses will work towards your degree plan!

Enrollment has begun for Summer and Fall 2009! Enroll early to ensure that you are able to build a schedule that meets your needs and goals.
